Frequently asked questions
Will my data be accessible to other organisations?
No. All client data is isolated, nothing is shared and there is no cross-client model training. Post-engagement all your data will be deleted upon request as per the terms of your contract.
What data encryption methods are used?
Each client's data is stored in an isolated cloud with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Authentecation always required for access.
Can any LLM's learn from my internal data?
No. Client documents are used for retrieval (RAG) only. None of your private information is ever used to train, update or fine-tune any foundational model - by us or any third party providers.
Are there responsible AI protocols in place?
Yes. The Lyzr.ai platform has built-in security, governance and responsible AI. We can provide 100% audit logs of every interaction and agent call for your review. We work with you to ensure all your organisation's specific AI governance standards are met.
Will any personal data be processed by LLM's?
No. Data minimisation is a priority, and is built into the Lyzr platform. Only non-sensitive, aggregated, or publicly available data is processed. Personal data (including PII) is never processed.
